Morning & Evening Practice

Eleven offers Hatha inspired practices. In your morning and evening practice you will be guided through asana, pranayama and meditation. Asana offered will vary between dynamic movement and longer static holds. The purpose being to stabilise the body, followed by the mind, clearing out the body and making space, to clear out and make space in the mind. All levels are welcome and many variations will be available.

Yin

Nourishing. Think less postures and longer holds. Stretching out the connective tissues and fascia, to guide you deeper into the depths of both body and mind. A practice for all levels.

Pilates

A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
